Piet Rooijakkers out of the Tour with broken arm
Piet Rooijakkers is the second rider to drop out of the Tour de France 2009. De Dutchman fell in the team time trial and is brought to the hospital. Rooijakkers has a complicated fracture in his left underarm, a small fracture in his ring finger and a dislocated thumb. The Dutchman will be operated tonight in the hospital in Montpellier.
